Where applicable, customers agree to provide sufficient details and necessary access to their services, policies, and systems to enable us to deliver support effectively. webtech.support is not responsible for hardware-related issues, data center power failures, downtime, or service interruptions caused by the server or infrastructure provider.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall webtech.support be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses. This applies to any issues arising from the use or inability to use our services, or from content obtained through them, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations are a fundamental part of the agreement between you and webtech.support.
Trial Support
webtech.support provides trial support for one basic issue only. We reserve the right to determine which issues qualify as basic during the trial period. Customers are encouraged to use the trial before purchasing a full service. Please note that services involving one-time setup or installation fees are non-refundable. We recommend reviewing plan details carefully before purchase.
Billing
All accounts with webtech.support operate on a pre-pay basis. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any changes to their credit card details, expiration dates, or PayPal email address. Credit card payments are billed monthly. If a payment is declined, you will have seven days to complete the payment; after this period, services may be suspended until payment is received. Any account initiating a chargeback will incur an additional chargeback fee.
Cancellation Policy
All webtech.support accounts operate on a pre-payment basis. Customers must notify us of any changes to their credit card type, expiration date, or PayPal email address. Credit cards are billed monthly. If a payment is declined, you will have seven days to complete the payment; after that, your account may be placed on hold until payment is received. Any account initiating a chargeback will incur an additional $30 chargeback fee.
